Host your next party at Woodcrest Swim Club!

Members in good standing can host a party at Woodcrest.

Two Easy Steps To Request Your Date Now!

  1. Submit a Party Request form

  2. Provide credit card information on form

Guest lists with first and last name of each guest must be provided at least 24 hours before your event.

WRA will provide and setup 1 table and 6 chairs in a designated party area. Additional tables/chairs can be requested This ensures that you will be guaranteed table(s) with chairs for your party. Guest fees and potentially other fees apply, see below for details.

Members bringing in more than 5 guests at one time requires a Party Request. Once your request has been reviewed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. WRA only permits parties in three locations on the grounds. If more than three parties are requested in one day, Board approval would be necessary. Member must provide a guest list of non-members prior to start of party.

Party Fees:

Deposit                                                                      Please provide credit card information on form. Credit card will not be charges unless failure to clean up after your party. Clean up fee is $50. No fees will incur if party is cleaned up.

Guest fees are required:

Single Pass, before 5pm:                                                               $10 per person

Single Pass, after 5pm:                                                                   $5 per person

Bulk pack of 20, used at any time:                                             $100 for 20 passes

Passes can be purchased at the front desk or online.

Additional Charges:

40-70 attendees:                                                                         additional $100

70+ attendees: (may be limited)                                                 additional $200

Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, etc:                                              additional $500

Parties longer than 3 hours:                                                        additional $50 per each add’l hour

Additional Tables (1 table +6 chairs is included):                  please request on party form

Failure to clean up party area:                                                    charge of $50 to credit card, and possibly incur additional fees. Member is required to clean up their party area and throw away trash and party debris.

Payment is due at the conclusion of your party. If payment is not made at the front desk at the end of your party, the credit card you provided will be charged automatically 24 hours after the conclusion of your party.

Additional info:

  • Non-member party guests cannot remain onsite at the club after the host departs.

  • Incomplete information may delay review of your request.

  • The club does not close for private parties.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ITEMS PERMITTED.

  • Catering: You may provide your own food, have it delivered, or catered by a third party.

  • Gas Grills: are for the use of the general membership. They cannot be reserved or monopolized by a single party. If a private party's use of the grills interferes with general membership use, the manager may limit or cease use. No personal grills or tents are permitted.

  • Band testing: Guests under 12 are required to pass a swim band test for use of the deep end and diving well. We may not have guards available to band test more than two guests. If your party is likely to require more than that, please email social@woodcrestswimclub.com or speak with the Pool Manager at least a week in advance to make arrangements.
