Please include your resume if you have one.

Lifeguards must be 15 yrs or older with current Lifeguard/CPR certification.  

Required documents: 

  1. Woodcrest Employment Application: (Download or Submit Online)

  2. I-9 Form

  3. W-4 Form

  4. Payroll form with direct deposit bank information (to be provided)

  5. A copy of your CPR/Lifeguard Certification.

  6. All staff under 18, must also supply working papers (available at your school guidance office). 

  7. Copy of birth certificate, valid drivers license or passport.
