Now in our 69th season, Woodcrest Swim Club provides summer fun and a great value to families and individuals. We hope you’re looking forward to another great summer at the pool. Some important club updates follow. You can join or renew your membership online here. 

Thank you to the numerous families, friends, and volunteers who played a pivotal role in the tremendous success of our 2024 season! We were delighted to welcome both new and familiar faces, revive cherished activities, unveil new favorites, introduce a new swim coaching team, and implement enhancements to our grounds and facilities.

Membership Rates
Membership rates will not rise in 2025. Membership rates can be found in the link below. Please note our new active duty/veterans/first responders discount. Also, please see below for information for the club's new volunteer requirements. 

• How you can save: 5% Early Bird Discount. Memberships paid in full by April 15th pay 2025 fees. 

• How you can save the club money: Pay by check. Just follow the instructions online. This saves the club about 3% in credit card processing fees.

• Special Seniors and Empty Nesters: Our senior members are the heart of our club and we are grateful for their continued membership. There is no volunteer requirement for our senior members. 

• New Members: $150 off family memberships for new members!

• Note that all members on a membership must live in the same household. Additional information may be requested. 

Volunteer Requirement
In order to support the continued success and upkeep of our swim club, each family is committed to either contribute 4 hours of volunteer work throughout the season or pay a volunteer fee of $100. Families who choose to pay the fee may do so in lieu of completing volunteer hours.

Volunteer opportunities include spring and fall cleanup, holiday and event support, or other designated club activities. If the required volunteer hours are not completed by the end of the season, the $100 fee will be assessed. All volunteer hours or payments must be submitted by the final cleanup event of the season.

*Please note that swim team volunteer hours are not included in this requirement.
**There is no volunteer requirement for our senior members!

We're hiring!
We offer highly flexible, fun, outdoor summer jobs! Must be 15 years old to apply. Lifeguards must have current Lifeguard/CPR certification. Submit an online application via our website or download a copy, for details: http://www.woodcrestswimclub.com/employment.

Swim Team
Building on the success of 2024, we are thrilled to continue growing our team in 2025 with Coach Ian returning as head coach. Coach Ian, with 14 years of coaching experience, ties to the East Coast C-Cerpants for several years, and Tricounty Swimming, brings enthusiasm and expertise to our program.

Swim Team practice begins Tuesday, May 27th. Team rates will NOT increase in 2025 and will remain at $135/swimmer. Our swim team is for all our club member children ages 5 to 18 as of June 15th, 2025.  We also offer a training squad for our young swimmers that need a little extra work but are still capable of swimming 1 full lap of freestyle.  For all those members that have children that attend day camps we will continue to offer afternoon camper practices from 5:30 to 6:30PM.   The Swim Team is a very fun and exciting program and we look forward to as many of our swimmers as possible signing up for the 2025 Swim Season.  More details, and practice & meet schedules are on the team site.

Spring Warm Ups will be offered at Five Star Swim School in Cherry Hill starting on Thursday, May 1st 2025. Spring warm ups are an excellent and affordable way to get your kids back into the water, get to know the coaches, and get excited for summer. Information is on the team site.

Our Learn to Swim program taught by our coach and assistant coaches, are intensive programs which run 5 days a week for 2 week sessions. More detail to come on the team site. These sessions will sell out, so please sign up in advance. 

REGISTRATION for the Swim Team and Spring Warm Ups will open on March 1st on the team site.  The Learn to Swim program will open up for signups on April 1st.

Spring Cleanup 
Please look for information about our Spring clean up days. As members, we all own the club, and could use all of your help. Jobs for every age. Lunch provided!

Activities
We have so much planned for this summer- holiday celebrations, movie nights, activities for younger and older kids, adult socials, beef and beer, tournaments, and games. We need volunteers to make it all happen. We welcome all ideas! Look for a survey in your email soon. Please email info@woodcrestswimclub.com if you have ideas or would like to help.

Get Involved
You don’t have to be on the board to be on a committee! We need lots of help to keep the club running and make it better for everyone! We are looking for general volunteers and committee members. We can always use help from those that are handy! Let us know what you can help with.
